After the service is completed, the customer will be notified to make the payment and pick up the racket.

Dr Padel will store your racket free of charge for a maximum period of 8 weeks (2 months) after the service is completed.

Once this period has ended, and in the absence of payment and/or response from the customer, Dr Padel reserves the right to consider the racket as abandoned and proceed accordingly.
